How a service call works
- STEP 1Tell us what it's doing
Call, text or WhatsApp. Photos of the alarm screen and the cut or weld help a lot.
- STEP 2We diagnose first
Power output, optics, cooling, then motion, so you don't pay for parts you didn't need.
- STEP 3You approve the fix
A clear price before any part goes in.
- STEP 4We prove it works
Test cuts or test welds on your material before we leave.

Loaner equipment
Some repairs need a part on order or a bench rebuild. You shouldn't have to stop production while you wait.
- Loaner handheld welders. A working unit dropped off so your welders keep welding.
- Loaner components. Heads, fiber cables and chillers swapped in today, swapped back once yours is fixed.
- Delivered and set up. We hook it up and check it on your material before we leave.

Retainer subscriptions
- Your parts in stock. No waiting on the supply chain, duties and customs, or trade wars. We make sure spare parts for your exact model are on our shelf.
- 24-hour turnaround. The parts are already here, so most repairs are done within a day of your call.
- Priority service. Retainer calls jump the line.
- Scheduled maintenance and first call on loaners.
